Organoleptic properties

Castel del Monte Bianco (white) is straw yellow in colour. To the nose it is delicate and slightly vinous. To the palate it is dry and fresh-tasting.
Castel del Monte Rosso (red) ranges from ruby red to garnet red in colour. To the nose it is vinous and agreeable. To the palate it is dry, well-orchestrated and suitably tannic.
Castel del Monte Rosato (rosé) is rosy pink in colour with red ruby tinges. To the nose it is vinous, delicate and fruity. To the palate it is dry, full-bodied and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Chardonnay is straw yellow in colour. To the nose it is delicate and fruity. To the palate it is dry, full-bodied and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Sauvignon is straw yellow in colour. To the nose it is intense and typical. To the palate it is dry and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Pinot Bianco is straw yellow in colour. To the nose it is delicate, polished and typical. To the palate it is dry and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Pinot Bianco da Nero is light straw yellow in colour. To the nose it fresh-tasting and delicate. To the palate it is dry, full-bodied and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Pinot Nero is ruby red of average intensity in colour. To the nose it is polished and agreeable. To the palate it is dry, full-bodied and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Aglianico Rosso is red ruby of varying intensity in colour. To the nose it is ruby red of varying intensity. To the palate it is dry and well-orchestrated.
Castel del Monte Aglianico Rosato (rosé) is rosy of varying intensity in colour. To the nose it is delicate and fragrant. To the palate it is dry, well-orchestrated and lingering.
