Production area: territories of San Severo, Torremaggiore, San Paolo Civitate and parts of the territories of Apricena, Lucera, Poggio Imperiale and Lesina (Province of Foggia, Northern Puglia)

Wine types: Red; Rosé; White; Spumante

Vine varieties: for Red and Rosé, Montepulciano (min. 70%); Sangiovese (max. 30%)
For White and Spumante: Bombino Bianco (40%-60%); Trebbiano Toscano (40%-60%); Malvasia Bianca lunga e Verdeca (max. 20%)

Alcohol by volume: 11% (White and Spumante); 11,5% (Red and Rosé)

Organoleptic properties

San Severo DOC Red is ruby red in colour verging on red brick with ageing. To the nose it is pleasantly vinous, savoury and dry.
San Severo DOC White is straw yellow in colour. To the nose it is vinous and pleasant. To the palate it is dry and zesty.
