This is a typical dish of fishing-boats crews that prepare it when they go to fish for several days.
1 kg little cuttlefishes
pecorino cheese, grated
Clean 1 kf of little cuttlefishes. Remove the skin, bone, entrails then wash the fish in salted water and finally stuff them with breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and grated pecorino cheese. Leave the cuttlefishes to marinate in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper for 1 hour. Finally cook them on a grill over a charcoal fire for about 20 minutes, moistening now and then with the marinade.
