pashàThe third Take! Puglia contest-dinner, organized by Vinoway.com, will take place on Thursday, March 20, at Pashà Restaurant & Cafè in Conversano (Bari).
Guests will be asked to judge the best food and wine pairing through blind tastings.

For the occasion four Apulian wines will be paired with the Michelin-starred chef Maria Cicorella’s dish “small rabbit thigh wrapped in gently roasted bacon, extra virgin olive oil potato, asparagus and black truffle“.

After the contest, dinner will be implemented by red mullet fillet, foie gras, cream of rice and quince jam; burnt wheat orecchiette pasta with cabbage, bacon and canestrato fondue (an Apulian goat cheese); almond and orange soufflé with bitter chocolate sauce.
Vinoway will offer a sweet Primitivo wine to taste with the dessert.

The dinner price is 45 Euros per person. Reservation required.
