extra virgin olive oil
Clean the wild onions, engrave with three cuts the top and soak in water for 1 hour.
In a pan put extra virgin olive oil, let it heat up to 160°C/320°F and add the wild onions. Fry until they start to flower and add a pinch of salt. Arrange the wild onions in the dish and season with a few drops of reduction of cooked must.
