Ingredients
pasta
eggplant
lemon
cacioricotta cheese
evo oil
tuna and tomatoes (optional)

Fry the eggplant cut into small pieces in a oil for a few minutes. Bring to boil salted water and cook pasta. Mix the eggplant with grated lemon and cacioricotta and oil and finally put pasta.
It is possible mix also tuna and tomatoes.
