Organoleptic properties
Vino da pasto tipico del Salento leccese.
Matino DOC Rosé is deep pink in colour but changes to gold after one year of ageing. To the nose it is slightly vinous, dry and well-orchestrated to the palate.
Matino DOC Red is of a ruby red colour with light orange tinges when aged.
To the nose is vinous, to the palate is dry and armonic.
