Tradition and modernity. Bisceglie bets on local productions. There are two essentially products that belong to the history of the city, the cherry and the ‘sospiro’. The fruit and the dessert. They are symbols of a community.
The forum took place in Bisceglie Saturday and it was part of a program called ‘Transfrontaliera Grecia-Italia’, in collaboration with Brindisi and Bari municipalities, Bisceglie and the University of Bari. The goal was to enhance the local typical productions.
