Taranto style cavatelli

Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g of pasta
1 kg of black mussels
150 g of boiled white beans
5-6 cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
parsley, minced
extra-virgin olive oil

Wash the mussels, open them and keep them aside. Filter the water. Fry the garlic in a pot with olive oil, add the mussels, the half cut little tomatoes, the filtered water of the mussels and finally the beans. Cook them for 5 min.
Boil the pasta in abundant salty water, drain it and pour it in the frying pan with the mussels and the beans on high heat for 1 min. Season with minced parsley and pepper before serving.
