Purée of white fava beans with shrimps

500 g white fava beans
200 g shrimps, shelled
1 potato
1 garlic clove
old bread
evo oil

Boil the fava beans with the potato in salted water; boil until they reach the consistency of a purée.Fry the shrimps in oil with garlic. Combine the shrimps with the hot purée. Add fried croutons previously prepared from the old bread.
